Kya served as a senior associate at top-tier international law firms, representing corporate clients in high-stakes white-collar defense matters, regulatory investigations, and multi-agency enforcement actions. Her experience spans both the government and private sector, giving her a uniquely well-rounded perspective on the challenges her clients face.

Kya earned her law degree from the University of Michigan Law School and holds a B.A. in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland. While in law school, she deepened her advocacy experience through clinical work in the Juvenile Justice and Human Trafficking Clinics.
